PSDIraq successfully concluded the first phase of the “Iraq Policy Program” in Basra Governorate. Over the past few days, participants received practical training on various topics, including Public Policy Making, Concepts of Public Policy Research, Data Collection and Analysis, and Policy Paper Structure.

With the completion of this phase, the Platform has successfully conducted the initial training in all the governorates covered by the third round of the program, namely Baghdad, Nineveh, Najaf, Thi Qar, and Basra. The subsequent stages of the program will involve conducting sessions with experts, mentoring participants in writing their policy papers, and eventually presenting them to decision-makers through sessions organized by PSDIraq.
