Objective:
The program aims to write policy assessments of the economic reforms adopted by the government in the two parts of the white paper, and to identify optimal options for economic solutions to the Iraqi reality. -
Stages:
The program consists of several stages, including (training, writing articles, writing policy papers, sessions with decision-makers and civil society in politics). (40) hours of training, discussion sessions, and supervision were covered. - Training: (20) researchers were trained to be involved in scientific sessions on (writing policy papers, political economy, data analysis, and reforming the private sector) over a period of four training days. Writing scientific articles: Researchers were involved in scientific supervision sessions to write scientific articles, under the supervision of Dr. (Frank Gaunter) from Lehigh University and author of the book The Political Economy of Iraq, and Professor (Haider Al-Shakri) from the Royal Institute for Intellectual Affairs (Chatham House) writing policy papers: ( 10) researchers to develop their articles into policy papers, where supervising sessions were held for them by the platform center to write papers according to the scientific and structural methodology that the center adopts in writing policy papers.

Discussion sessions:
At the end of the program, two discussion sessions were held on policy papers prepared by researchers: The first session: Marketing policy papers to decision makers. The second session: mobilizing the political civil society to adopt the proposed policies. -
Outputs:
(15) opinion articles related to economic reforms in the white paper - (10) policy papers related to evaluating economic reforms in the white paper and include a future view of alternative solutions that contribute to the development of the Iraqi economy
