Holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Baghdad in political science and a master’s degree in Comparative Politics from Western Illinois University in the United States of America

Teaches Public Policy at the University of Kufa, published research and articles on several platforms, on issues of Good Governance. He participated in the Iraqi Leaders Fellowship and prepared an advocacy campaign on electoral system reform. Trained around 500 young professionals on pursuing positive change through policymaking.

He holds a master’s degree in statistics from Al-Mustansiriya University in 2011

He has published many studies in the fields of international indicators and  combating corruption on several policy and academic platforms.

He holds a Masters degree in International Studies and Diplomacy from the University of London in the United Kingdom.

A consultant and political analyst for more than 10 years, he directed the research department at a policy centre in Baghdad, Al-Bayan Center for Studies and Planning, and wrote on many public policy topics, including public financial management, decentralization, and policy planning, currently focusing on issues of political economy in Iraq and the potential Institutional reform.

He holds a bachelor degree in petroleum engineering from Baghdad university.

He has several researches published in international and local platforms, participated in several programs and community activities, is currently working as a researcher at the Oil Research and Development Center at the Ministry of Oil

He holds a master’s degree in financial studies from the Higher Institute for Financial and Accounting Studies from the University of Baghdad

He published research in many research platforms and centers, and participated in various economic activities.
