Mr. Abdulmataleb Ali Yousef, Advisor to the Prime Minister, emphasized the significance of the National Education and Training Strategy, which was recently approved by the Council of Ministers. Dr. Hamed Khalaf, CEO of the Higher Committee for Education Development in Iraq, discussed the importance of proper planning and resource allocation for successful strategy implementation. He highlighted the need for universities to have the necessary funds to execute their programs effectively.
