PSDIRAQ conducted a series of discussions with decision-makers as part of the Iraq Policy Program’s third round. The sessions opened with a speech by Mr. Hashim Al-Rikabi, the President of the Platform Center, highlighting the program’s stages and its significance in encouraging youth elites to engage in public policy by identifying core problems, proposing viable policy alternatives, and ensuring their gradual implementation to achieve societal well-being.

Thanks to the exceptional efforts of our partners at  Al-Baider Center for Studies and Planning, the sessions welcomed active decision-makers from the legislative and executive authorities, representing diverse political affiliation.

Program graduates from various provinces across Iraq shared their policy ideas with decision-makers, who commended the insightful proposals put forward by the participating colleagues.

As a culmination of the program, the top 10 policy papers presented by the participants were honored during the conference.
